Lived here since February 2007 in a two bedroom. I love the layout and I've really not had any serious problems. I can hear the garage of my neighbors when they come home but thats no biggy. I have had a hand full of small things that needed fixed and they have always been fixed pretty quick, same day as a matter of fact. There has been a change in the office staff since my arrival, a new manager to be exact. I've met her and she seems pleasant and friendly and has assisted me when needed. The other girls are equally nice and for the life of me I can never remember what my filter size is and they always laugh. I noticed they have computers in the office which some other reiviewers seem to think the don't, weird what people post on this site. The community is well taken care of and is very clean for the most part. I just want to add that there is good and bad in everything and you have to make up your own mind on whether this is the place for you. I can only speak of what my experience has been so far and I am happy with my decision to live here.
