It is ghetto looking, but we never had any problems "per sey"

My fiance and I moved in back in 2001 and left in 2003 - all in all, it was not as bad as it could have been. We lived in the opposite side of the complex, away from the office on the top right hand corner of the building...and I actually enjoyed it. The latin and rap music was loud at times, but I used to work nights and never really had a problem, except during cinco de mayo (firecrackers near the cars and kids between the ages of 12-18 drinking). We had a 2 Bd/1 Bath and it was small, but better than living in Clermont. It is close to everything, Walmart, the mall, Universal Studios and I4/FL Turnpike...it is convienent and inexpensive, and the staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Any problems we had were usually fixed with in 24-36 hours - if not earlier. The maintenance guys are friendly and attentative, and always called us back to make sure things were working ok. Parking does suck, but its better than nothing. Laundry is not the easiest thing either - and a few machines did take my money, but after I talked to the office staff, they reimbursed us IN CASH - so no hard feelings. There was no problems with our neighbors - they were all quite friendly and informed us if they were going to have a loud parties or whatnot. I do recommend it, but check it out first...
