Not too bad

Overall this complex is reatively decent. In this price range, you don't get the Ritz, and while some of the surrounding neighborhoods are ghetoo, this place is simply lower middle class getting by. It's mostly quiet, though there are a few people with their music too loud, and one yutz who honks his horn everytime he comes to pick his friends up. The staff's friendly, but not 100% competant. Parking is always pretty easy, and I rarely have to walk more than 40ft from my car to my door. There is a strong Latino and Haitian influence, so speaking Spanish or Creole helps, but most of the residents are polite even if you don't speak the same language. Repair work is a little slow, but they're pretty good. The ads of 24-48 hour response times are a bit optimistic, though I have yet to see it take more than 4 days to respond. Garbage pickup is steady, though the dumpsters do get overfull on a regular basis. But, rarely for more than a day or 2. The apartments themselves are nothing fancy, but solid enough and in decent shape. This place shows some of its age, but is still a decent place to live. If you're on a small budget, and need a pretty safe place to live, this is one I'd recommend.
