Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005
 
You like horrible noise from the trashy bar across the street' Kids from the school on the other side throwing trash in the parking lot' Neighbors yelling and playing music at all hours' Having the three stooges doing repairs to your apartment and breaking everything they touch' Being ignored by the office staff' Then have we got a place for you! Ghetto is too generous a word for this place. I've got a better one: slum.
