I??m tell you the truth but nothing but the truth. If you just moving to Orlando and you looking to save money quick, this is your place but not long terms. It??s not in a bad area at all and you don??t have to worry about someone trying to steal your car or break in your place. Many people try to down play it because of --------- and Haitians. Man, they are cool people and they are not going to mess with you or steal your things. I know, I lived there two years and I haven??t had any problems. The only problem I had, someone had a studio in their apartment. I had just got home after work around 5pm and these clowns decide to perform like they were in Orlando Magic arena. I called the police on those fools for loud music. I had another incident, I had some unemployed people that stay above me and they didn??t work. I go to work and they sitting on the porch smoking weed and drinking. I told the office about this situation because I don??t won??t to be near dumb stupid -------s like that. The only reason I moved there because it??s not income restriction and the rent is $550.00 per month. I said I rather pay that instead of paying $900.00 per month. Use the place to clean up your credit and get ahead because it??s worth it. I brought me a Ford Expedition and now I can afford to pay high rent. However, remember, use it for a temporary come up and not long terms. It??s near the mall and far away from Rio Grande, which is a bad area. Ask for a second floor and not first floor.
