Nice complex I have lived here for a year had and no problems. The complex is very clean and the office staff is very nice. They always have activities in the clubhouse for the residents. If the price wasn't too high I would of renewed my lease. Overall the best complex in the Orlando area.

Bugs bugs bugs Absolutely hated living here. They do not spray for bugs so if you enjoy roaches you will love it here. Maintenance is a joke. My car was broken into in the parking lot. The apts are small and have zero amenities. No dishwasher. No washer and dryer. The air conditioners are out dated
