I hope you don't expect them to do anything - I moved here because the rent was lower than most and the cable was included. But expect the rent to keep rising, sometimes drastically. The come-ons are a fooler. They do have valet trash, which is nice, and it is gated. Slipping Increased crime, trash on grounds. Dumpsters are far too visible and often have large pieces of furniture next to them. Neighbors just don't care about their surroundings.

I loved living here Hawthorne Groves is a great place to live .I lived there for 5 years. Every place has its ups and downs. Yes it has bugs, but we live in Florida. The bugs are everwhere. The staff is great. They work with you and are very helpfull.

This apartment Suck! My sister has been leaving in this apartment complex for the past 2 years since 2009 and has been robed twice. The apartment complex has done nothing about it. They don't care SO PLEASE DON'T RENT WITH THEM. The cops has told us that there has been a lot off robbery.
