This is the nicest, cleanest apartment complex in Ormond Beach. I have just recently moved in and I am very pleased with my apartment. The staff is wonderful. They are very friendly and bend over backwards for you. I was denied at first because of my credit but I corrected a couple of things and reapplied and was approved. I was never treated unfairly or with disrespect. The location is also wonderful.
