This apartment complex baits you in with a low rent, then once they get enough apartments filled they raise the "base rent" and your rent along with it, it's written in the lease that they can do it. Their regional manager told us that is what they do, they have "specials" to get people in then raise the rent when they get enough! There are also lots of problems with mold, people move out all the time because of it. You need to have stock in Damp Rid if you live here.
Do not move in, there are plenty of better apartments out there that don't cheat you like San Marco does!
