we have tried to get into this place for two years now, both times they promised us a deal, but as soon as we gave them our application fees, or this time a holding fee, there suddenly werent any units available. leaving us to try to find another place to live and of course keeping our money, this most recent time though we had a deadline in which we had to move out. our lease else where was up and we couldnt afford to renew, so we tried here, the staff was friendly and seemed like they wanted to help us out, but in the end seemed like they just want someone who is willing to put up with the most crap, and give up the most money. they told us they didnt have any units available in the time frame we had to move out, we went to them about a week after we put in our 60 days notice at the other place... San marco didnt tell us about the lack of units till after we paid and only had two and a half weeks till we were on the streets. they gave us a run around with no sure answers only promises to "get back to us in a few days" two years in a row now, It's to the point that we are both willing to take the suggestion of the person who posted a review before me, "live in a cardboard box under the bridge" before trying here again.
