Great staff - Manager and staff really cared and worked so hard to get us into an apartment that fit us! And there's so much room for our big tv and furniture. We knew there would be no deposits for cable or internet or water but we were reallly surprised at all the expanded cable channels nad the really fast wireless internet. Look around first - too many students - The staff is really nice. The noise is not nice! You can hear the neighbors very clearly and disturbingly. There is trash and dog ---- all over the place. There is a guy who picks it up, but so many of these tenants are just discusting and they throw their stuff anywhere everyday. Fantastic Great place to live with your kids! School buses pick up and drop off at the front gate. Lots of fun activities going on constantly. Good neighborhood, safe place to be. Close to important places such as Publix, Walmart, Target, etc.

LOVE IT, love it, love it! Their 24 hour maintenance is always helpful, even at 3AM. The apartments are spacious, the grounds are well-kept, and my neighbors are fantastic.
The noise isnt unbearable, and I'm close enough to Publix and the movie theater to walk.
