Poor maintenace, poor choice of internet access

I have lived in the Alafaya Woods Apartments for about 1 1/2 years. I have lived in about 8 different apartments in my 13 years in Florida. This apartment complex, has the poorest maintenace of any apartment I have lived in. The stairways and between the apartments are NEVER cleaned. The lighting in the apartments are not fixed even when you point out the problems.
The apartments have just added CAIS high speed internet access, versus Time-Warner's Roadrunner. I was one of the original subscribers to this service. It is terrible. It is far slower than Road Runner and during any peak time, you can not log on for their lack of capacity. I am convinced that the apartments choose the inferior service as they get more revenue.
