Poor value for the money

I agree with the one reviewer (Sept 2002). Most of the office staff can be somewhat rude and aloof. Maintenance problems abound and are rarely fixed in a timely manner. The grounds and the buildings are unattractive and unkempt. The value for the rent you'll pay is sorely lacking.
