It's in a good neighborhood and my building is very quiet. I have never heard any of my neighbors in their apts. Parking is great because you can actually park in front of your building. The layout on the 3-bed is great. It was very clean when we moved in. The appliances are kind of old but they work fine. They are very pet friendly here and have lots of grass for dog walking and even have bag dispensers and garbage cans all around the complex so you can clean up after your pet. Nice walk in closet in the master bedroom and there is a linen closet in the hall for the other bathroom and a spare closet in the entranceway that really comes in handy. The other 2 bedrooms are kind of small but they have pretty big closets. Lots of cabinet space in the kitchen and there is a nice pantry with plenty of space too. It is a great value and only 10 minutes from UCF.
