On behalf of the management team at Alafaya Woods I offer these words in our defense. We are very responsive to any resident request or complaint, and I am personally available to any resident who may have a concern. The past four reviews are apparantly an attack on the community by an angry individual, and are very unfair. They are also innaccurate. We are constantly looking for opportunities to improve or enhance the community for our residents. The Oviedo Police Department, Oviedo City Hall, and the Oviedo Fire Department are located next door to us and are very responsive as well. We are committed to customer service, we have an awesome community, and I am very pleased to be a part of this team. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, comments, or concerns.
