I lived here for a year and would have stayed longer if not for needing to move 3 hours away. Our apartment was clean when we moved in. The appliances worked, the management was helpful. Maintenence was awesome, this place has the best maintenence staff out of all the apartments I've ever lived in. They are friendly, prompt and don't come in your apartment without your permission. They do good work. Parking was great, we never had a shortage of spots in front of the building. Our neighbors were quiet and we never had a problem with crime or heard about any crime in the complex, so I don't know what some of the other people here are complaining about. This complex has a mix of residents. Families, college students, elderly people. Everyone was always friendly. It's close to UCF and a mall and Target. Lots of grocery options are available. It was so much nicer living here than in an apartment closer to UCF.
