The apartment complex is ideal for most locations. I find the office people friendly and for a small complex I agree with the comments about the maintenance either being rubbish or more to the point not been give authority to spend money when needed. The pools need cleaned for sure. However on a possitive side the people that live here are nice enough and it feels safe.
