My boyfriend and i live here and i dont know how many hundreds of times he has asked the complex to fix his leaky porch, that he couldnt use because it would leak all over the porch and ruin anything left out there. this continued over and over again, until the hurricanes came in and then we had to tie it down to prevent it from flying off and destroying the screen, and what sounded like the roof was coming off during these hurricanes. Also apartment was considered condemned after hurricanes the leaks got worse with every rain storm after the hurricanes and spread throughout the apartment, and it took 2 MONTHS of asking and asking to finally get moved to another apartment. Horrible! Also i want to say that the apartments in the same complex across from us got their roof rebuilt, but everyone in that building already left because of of the non responsive staff, after the hurricanes ruined their apartments aswell, and our building was one of the last to get a new roof,we were one of the hardest hit, whats up with that''' Also the lady at the front office is very very very rude, she doesnt have any people skills and doesnt like to help,she never calles maintenance, always judging too quickly. Also the front doors on this place are so thin you can hear anything from the top or bottom floor i dont recommend this place on top of all of this , the parking lot area is always flooded with late night car stereo-blazing young ucf students and abnoxious spanish reaggae. AHHHH! Thw trash compactor is always flooded with trash, and the water smells like fish, i dont know what that is, but i wouldnt drink the water. For sme reason the smell got worse after the hurricanes, and has gone away,i recommend you boil your water before you use it. This is a very old complex maybe thats why the hurrcanes tore at it so much.
