long term . The first impression was good. But after you signed the lease, you just hope there will not be anything needs fixed because the maintenance is always very very slow. Right after I moved in, I found out several things need to be repaired and filed the request.Well, nobody came to fix them after two months and repeated requests. The marketing(leasing) people are polite and they alway promise you this and that.But the truth is that they can not fix things, so their promise is just useless.
Parking is not a problem, noise level is depending on what kind of neighbor you get. Occassionly, there are kids running above us and the ceiling begins to shake. Good thing is that kids need to go to school in the moring and they will not make noise at night.
A lot of people here have pets but some of them don't pick up after their dog. Trash is picked up every weekday morning and there is a dumpster for dropping the trash on weekends. It's a pity to see people still littering. Some people are very rude and mean. A woman shouted at her daughter in front of a bunch of little school kids:" I don't want people there to pamper your sister, you don't know how dirty they are"
The apartment inside is clean overall except corners. Some do have badly smell.The appliances are old but working. Ants and lizards are coming inside several times. Called for pest control once. they came very quick but the ants still come.
The location is good for me. Three swiming pools are not very clean but ok. I did see people came to clean the pools once and I don't know how often they do it.
Well, every community has its ups and downs. It's a place to live, that's all.
