There is trash left outside all weekend, instead of taking it to the dumpster they just sit it outside. Several times on the weekends I see cars up on jacks being worked on. There are cigarette butts everhwhere from the maintenance staff, they will just toss their cigarettes out in the foyer and just leave them there.
On a positive note it is fairly quiet except on the weekends when the young kids want to drive around with their music blasting and loud exhaust screaming from their cars.
On a negative the rent will go up drastically after the first year. As much as you are paying here remember you still have to fork over for water and sewer as well which is included in other places, add all of that up and you might as well move into a newer and nicer place. There is a big semi tractor truck that parks here sometimes which is an eye sore. The appliances are very outdated and the maintenance just patches up problems instead of fixing them correctly. Like everywhere there are some good and bad about this place. The management staff is fairly nice with one exception and I am sure everyone who lives here knows who she is. There is suppose to be a volleyball court here but I have yet to find it!
