I have lived in Alafaya Woods Apts. for several years and for the most part I have been very satisfied. I find the maintenance staff responsive and friendly. As far as the folks who live here, most are also friendly people who bother no one. Occasionally a few are visited by the police (as they could be elsewhere) for various reasons) but they are always dealt with promptly and in such a manner as to keep the complex a safe place to live.
