I really enjoyed my year at Alafaya Woods and the only reason I'm leaving is because I'm moving back home. I got a remodeled apartment with all new appliances and haven't had ANY problems at all. The staff is all incredibly nice and helpful and maintenance comes quickly and fixes anything and everything. The grounds are kept up pretty well and all the neighbors are nice. It's more of a family oriented complex so it was nice to get away from the typical college housing for once. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
