This complex is quieter than I expected. Given the proximity to UCF I was anticipating more noise. Of great importance to me, the staff is always very responsive to my needs. Repeatedly they have gotten things done for me very quickly and professionally.
I go to school only a couple of miles away (not UCF) and this location is perfect for me.
Although I did have a problem with vandalism at one point, I have good reason to believe that it was an isolated event that was perpetrated by a non-resident. Since it could have happened anywhere I hold no grudge against the complex. In fact, once notified the staff aggressively got the police involved.
