Ugh.

I've been here less than a month, and already, I'm regretting the decision to move in.
Parking is an absolute JOKE. They say that visitors parked in resident parking after 6PM will be towed...but if you make the mistake of coming home after 6 on ANY day of the week, good luck finding a spot; you'll end up parking right alongside me in visitor's parking, which is along Aloma. (The walk itself isn't that bad, other than the fact that considering how high rent is--and it's high--I shouldn't have to walk across the entire complex to get to my place.)
The women in the office are awful; the epitome of ignorance, rudeness and not caring about their residents.
There's supposedly a $25 fine for leaving trash outside of your apartment, yet a bag with dog feces spilling out of it, rotting potato skins, boxes of Bud Light, etc. took TWO WEEKS to be removed from the middle of the walkway--the smell was unbearable as I came home every night. (Trash strewn about the walkways is common, incidentally--this doesn't seem to be a once-off.)
Good luck actually getting the courtesy officer to respond to a call when the 6 UCF students living in the apartment below you have their brand-new speaker system blaring awful music (not even GOOD music, but unbearable noise) at 4 in the morning.
I will NOT be renewing my lease.
