I remember when friends of mine lived in Barrington Place when it first opened. It was clean, attractive, and had great floorplans. I liked it enough to move from a nicer complex to be around more of my friends that were moving there.
Almost the day I moved in I began noticing things that irritated me. These problems grew exponentially as I lived there.
I lived in one of their 2 bedroom apartments with the attached garage so i cannot speak for the parking other than saying my friends always begged me to park behind me in the garage every night. I think the problem is when you allow 4 grown -------- to live in a 2 bedroom apartment that have 4 cars to park. There were people parking at Win Dixie when I lived there though. When a stadium gets full, they issue "standing room only" tickets. When a parkinglot has been rented to it's limit, you stop leasing apartments or do something about parking.
The management staff is a complete joke. It is run by children with no training and a disrespectful, flippant levity that aggrivated me daily.
If you're a sloven mexican looking to work on his '85 civic at 3am with the $500 flea-market system all the way to the top, then by all means move in. You'll be right at home. If you have a 150lb pit bull that you let run free to ---- whereever it wants to while you're drinking cheap beer out of a mug you have set on the hood of someone else's car at noon then move here.
Someone from their corperate office needs to come inspect how this place is being run and determine if they want to charge less rent and make it entirely a minority-village or fix it up and start evicting people or issueing fines for distressed cars and dog-----.
