I cannot count the number of things wrong with this place. The worst part is the incompetent management. Everything that can go wrong does. When we moved in, we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the apartment. The carpet and the vinyl floor were in horrible shape. After the initial move in, we noticed all the little things going wrong, the bathroom floor cracking, the shower falling to pieces, the carpet on the stairs falling apart, the walls cracking.
Then there?s the parking?forget about it. There isn?t enough parking for half the buildings. If you get home after 6:00 in the evening, forget about parking anywhere near your apartment. They tow like it?s going out of style even though they didn?t have decals to give to new residents for 4 months.
None of the ?amenities? are ever working. The pool is closed half the time because of green water and the exercise equipment is always broken.
The managers are completely incompetent. Nothing gets done when you ask them fix things. I don?t know if they have no system for taking notes and remembering to do stuff or if they actually hate where they work and hate everyone that sets foot in the office. I think they enjoy making people angry because they can sit there all smug with a stupid grin on there face knowing that unless you?re willing to fork over close to $3000 to break your lease, they have the advantage. They know nothing about customer service or retention.
There are people moving into the place everyday. On the surface, this seems like a good thing! Wow, they must be doing something right, right' How is it that there are so many apartments available for rent' It?s because they can?t get anyone to renew their lease. Once they figure out how horribly run the place is, they want to move the heck out and find a real place to live where the owners and management are more concerned with customer service then being ?correct? all the time. They might look over the top of their legal documents that say they have us by the b@lls every once in a while and help a resident out.
If this isn?t enough to convince you to not move in, make sure you lock your doors and your tailgate if you drive a truck. My neighbor had his tailgate swiped and a girl down the street had her radio stolen.
Let me spell this out for you?DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! There are plenty of better places that are more attractive then this one. The rates they charge do not reflect their services?don?t be fooled by the pretty stucco buildings and the brick drive way. You must look beneath the surface, if you can get past the garbage compactor overflow.
