6 months of repairs with no notice and random people entering my apartment at all hours with no warning. Plus not a single construction worker speaks English so forget it if they do come into your apartment unannounced you can not even tell then to get out, they wont understand you! What was their solution to putting us through hell for 6 months, huge raises in the rent! All the repairs were cosmetic none of the inside construction issues were taken care of other then caulking windows. Maintenance is a joke. Never seen them and not sure I would even want to let them into my apartment if I did need something fixed. The complex started accepting section 8 so your neighbors may now be a family of 9 in a one bedroom apartment with lots of unattended children who run around wild all hours of the day and night while you pay $1200 for your apartment. You can never use the pool because it is either broken or under construction. Forget parking if you plan on coming home after 6pm. Management is useless and rude. For the money you can do much better!
