lets see
garbage dumpster overflowing
car wash constantly broken or parked in front of
pool locked and never opened on time whether weekday or weekend
when pool is unlocked - beer drinking and kids jumping splashing yelling running
no parking
gym smells like an armpit
asst manager is rude
nobody ever answers the office phone
bugs bugs bugs
noise noise noise
