Funny reading the horrible experiences from the other people, guess im fortunate!!

POSITIVES:
-Office staff is usually nice
-Everything I ever needed fixed was fixed within a few days, and even so they would give you free rent if its not fixed its like there policy
-Grounds are beautiful, expect for cig buds outside neighbor, but the manage sent notices out.
-never any loud parties, but I have seen some kids ever had a problem
-unlike the other people on here, I can always can find parking, it might not be right outside your front door but its not far
- I had brand new carpet in my apartment which is cool
-Apartment feels brand new outside, but inside the older appliances and cabinets
-plenty of space in my living room and I have built in bookshelf
-walk in closet
-there is a Publix down the street and the 417
-about an 10 minute drive to UCF


NEGATIVES:
-bathtub is kind of small, but im a big person so it might work for you
-appliances are a little old, but they are still clean and work fine
-you have to drive your trash to the dumpster on the far front corner of the complex and at first it was always full but the past few months its been pretty clean

ive had more positives then negatives so far.

Absolutely a post from an INSIDER - quit your BS about Barrington - I lived there for 3.5 years and know more people there than you know in Orlando - you're full of you know what. You got new carpet because someone at EQUITY said you could - EQUITY doesn't do new carpet unless a Regional approves it with inspection - the office staff has rotated more than the doors at the Ritz, there are almost DOUBLE the residents to Parking allocations HENCE WHY YOU HAVE CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS THAT FORCE A LESSEE TO RENT A GARAGE, and lastly kids there are out of control. Your eyes are brown.

THIS COMMENT HAD TO OF COME FROM AN EMPLOYEE AT THE COMPLEX OR THEY MUST HAVE PAID YOU TO POST THIS. BECAUSE I LIVED THERE FOR A SOLID YEAR AND THE TREATMENT FROM MANAGEMENT WAS HORRIBLE THE APARTMENTS ARE OLD AND DUSGUSTING, INCLUDING THE POOL AREA. THE PARKING IS INSANE, THERE IS NEVER ANYWHERE TO PARK AND ON TOP OF THAT THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR WHEN YOU TRY TO CREATE A PARKING SPACE. THIS PLACE IS JUST HORRILBE!!!!
