i love this community. i just moved in in october and so far sooooooo great! i live in a 1 bedroom that faces the lake. the view from my patio is awsome! whith my patio door open i can hear the fountain roaring thru my apartment! the other community i lived @ was sooooooo loud! i had a football game outside my apartmrnt everyday! i never hear any noise thru out this neighborhood. even when the neighbors are out grilling by the lake, i never hear them. my new upstaits neighbor is so courtious. she always thinks shes being loud in the home, & i always tell her shes not! the only time i can hear her is when she lets the very small dog on the patio & he barks when people walk by! (which isnt very often!) i just love it here!

If you come upon this complex, sprint the opposite way!!!! Amber Tyler, leasing agent is very rude. The management never fixed a thing! There was a sinkhole for months not fixed, there was a hole in the surroundings walls, and the gates NEVER worked. The landscaping is only nice around the leasing office, not anywhere else. They have a huge ant and spider problem. The lawn company mows at 8:00am at 100 mph, and doesn't do a good job either. The pool and hot tub are are not kept up with at all. Also the apartments are built very cheaply with thin walls and crappy carpet. When we moved out, the office witches STOLE OUR MONEY!!!! Do not, I repeat do not move here. Don't let the outside appearence fool you, because you'll be in for a big surprise when you get there!!!
