I selected Elmhurst Village because, in Sept 2001, it was only 1/2 full & I did not have to make a snap decision, as all the other complexes were filled. I have never regretted my decision. My experience was extremely pleasant. The office staff was wonderful & accommodated every repair request. They were very sweet, helpful & informative when I needed them.
Even the corporate staff was extremely helpful.

Yes, the speed bumps were not put in the right places but at least they are there.The walls are thin & could be a problem if you have noisy neighbors. I was fortunate enough to have a mature element in my building.

The layout of the apartment was very comfortable & never felt crowded. The hallways are kept clean & the grounds are maintained well.

I would recommend EV to anyone moving to the Orlando/Oviedo area.
