They definately try to do well, but they fall well short. The management will promise you the world, but then like a two-bit used car salesman they will shove the lemon down your throat. This place is like the South Bronx with a face lift. It looks fancy and luxurious at first glance, but after a month of living here you will find out that they have NO rental restrictions on residents at all. When my bicycle was almost stolen off of my porch at 5 in the morning, I did not even get as much as a "We're sorry" from any employee. You will definately get your exercise here though, especially during your 1/2 mile walk to your apartment should you make the mistake of getting home after 8pm. Do you know that the manager actually had the nerve to say to me, "It's funny that noone writes letters when we do what we're supposed to do, just when we make mistakes." No s**t, really' I thought being treated fairly was a gift from god, and that everyone should be praised for doing what they're supposed to do. Anyways, I have had my good times here, although they have nothing to do with the apartment complex itself, but all-in-all, I will not miss this place or ever recommend it to anybody. Unless, of course, they reduse the rent to $600.00 per month. Then it could be worth it. Then Pablo and Sanchez wouldn't need to have 5 roommates in a two-bedroom in order to live here.
