When I moved in, I thought I was becoming a part of a secure community. Instead, Elmhurst has slowly but steadily become the ghetto. My car has been broken into TWICE and I'm surprised that my apartment hasn't been robbed yet (my buddy's place was robbed and he's only 2 buildings over)! The office staff is snobby, the walls are extremely thin, parking sucks and there's a spider problem. Unfortunately I still have a few months before my lease is up, but I can't wait to move out. By the way, I'm a real resident and I think everyone should be aware of how horrible living at Elmhurst really is.

I don't know where you were living buddy...but it surely wasn't Elmhurst. There is no parking problem, the walls are better than any apartment I have ever been in around here, there is no spider problem..in fact I have never had a bug in my apartment period...and even if i did pest control is included. The office staff is beyond nice. As to your car break in...you were probablyl one of the idiots that leaves their car unlocked and parked in a no parking zone.... Break ins happen EVERYWHERE...but luckily for everyone at Elmhurst they have deadbolts and an alarm system for FREE. As for parking, it isn't a problem, if it is...probablly because of stupid ass people throwing parties and nobody wanting to walk to an apartment from guest parking because they are lazy. |
