For the money, it's not that great

I've lived in the complex for 3 years. Since January 2005, I've noticed a decline in the property and the staff is less attentive. Sometimes it requires numerous requests for maintanence, other times it's ok. The gym on property is going down hill due to poor maintanance and resident vandialism - I wonder if they really used the security entrance instead of leaving it unlocked 24/7 if that might stop' For what the rent is, I expect (and used to get) much better service.
