DO NOT come here if you know what is good for you!!! This place is the worst ever, and I am not exagerating! It looks nice because the apts are still new, and the staff is all smiles because they want your $$. Once you move in everything changes. They will try to rip you off for so much $$ and they do not care about anything that happens to you on the property. The gates NEVER worked and there were so many shady people wandering around all the time. There have been numerous robberies and assults in the complex. Parking is a nightmare, and maintenance sucks. When we finally had the chance to get the hell out of there, they sent us bills for money we didnt even owe. I kept records of everything we paid and the office staff is so unorganized that I had to provide them with things they should have had (like our deposit check records). They took off some of the things they were dead wrong for, but the rest they dont care about because they know we would have to take them to court if we wanted our $900 back. They couldnt even explain to us what exactally they were charging us for. Every one of the ignorant office staff witches told us a different story. They are horrible liars and I wouldn't ever wish this place on anyone, not even my worst enemy! Spread the word, Elmhurst Village is run by LIARS, CHEATS, and SCUMBAGS!!!!
