WHERE'S MY DEPOSIT?!?!!!!!!!!

I moved out in Feb and I have yet to get my deposit back ! I was sent a letter informing me that everything was fine with the apartment and that I would get my deposit in the mail shortly. We've called the office over and over again and they keep saying they will call the people who are going to send it and that they will call us back. NOTHING! We get nothing out of them ! I know it's only $200 but that's not the point ! The point is it's MY money...not theirs!
Plus, our cars have been destroyed by living there ! The parking lot is so tight and small and makes it almost impossible to park your car properly. My car had a HUGE dent because someone hit it while my car was PARKED! My husbands car had a bent antenna and a huge dent in the hood ... I'm assuming from kids messing with it possibly?!
The apartment was nice but it wasn't worth all of this hassle that we have had to go through with them.
