Elmhurst Village

This place sucks!!!!!!!!!! Everything seems great until you decide to move out!!!! The staff is terrible and not helpful at all. They are liars and never return phone calls when you are trying to discuss things with them. They ripped us off by a lot of money and that is all they are in it for. They are not there to help at all. Please if you are thinking about this place, think again. They charged us so much money when we moved out, the worst part is they charge for rent/cable when you are not even living there if you have not turned everything in. They also CLAIM we did put a security deposit down, and they did not even give us that back. Don't be fooled by the looks of the apartments, they are new so they look good still and that is the only good thing I can say about stupid elmhurst village. Also, the staff definately needs to stop writing all these good things about these apartments. You know you do not care about us, you are just trying to do anything you can for an extra buck!!!!!!! Trust me if you are smart you will not move into this apartment complex, and if you have already signed a lease please do not renew if you know what is good for you. They will never try to work with you or call you back for anything, I called and stopped by so many times to discuss our situation and they never called back, they just decide to send the money to collections, rather than trying to work something out. Well, whatever, you know you are in the wrong, yes I am talking to the STAFF. I would never recommend this place to anyone, ever!!!!!!!!!!!
