I have to say that my time at Elmhurst Village was WONDERFUL! I loved my apartment, I had a cute 2/2 on the lake which was sooo pretty. My leasing agent was Meghan, and from the first time I spoke with her, she was super helpful, and sweet. I got a great deal on my apartment, and she was paramount in making my relocation eaiser. Nina, Amber, and Betty are all really great. While I was there my apartment was broken into and thousands of dollars of items were stolen. Although I was horribly scared by this (i am a single female), the management team was super responsive. Theft can happen anywhere, and there was a rash of apt break-ins in the area. The robbery happened during the day so the security gates were not a barracade. The only two things I can say that were annoying were 1) Walls were SUPER THIN, i heard my upstairs neighbor having sex more times than I'd like to count(ick). and 2) Parking, when I first moved in it wasn't so bad, but by the end of my lease parking was horrible. If I got a good spot, it was hard for me to be motiviated to leave, and you better be home by 4:30pm to get a good spot. Other than that, I absolutely loved living there, my apt felt like a home, and I felt the whole leasing team was superb!
