Lived here for 5 years, last 2 have gotten progressively worse in terms of cost and up-keep of the property. Parking is ridiculous after 5pm, can hear the neighbors coming up the stairs at all hours of the night, gym facilities are becoming more frequently broken, and the gate is a joke. As others have mentioned, the water bills have increased since we're mandated to pay a 'community bill' as opposed to individual unit bills. Maintenance is good and quick. I have been able to maintain a relatively lower rent rate since negotating with them each year - I always try to find out what neighbors are paying and come in with a list of why the property isn't worth the increase - usually I get a lower increase than what they are asking for initially.
