My husband and I have only two more months left in our lease and can not wait to get out. This place is way over priced for what we are getting. We pay more than 1100 dollars a month for a 2/2. A friend of mine rents across the street and is renting a 3/2 for less than 1000 dollars. Granted the other place is not "gated" but this place really isnt either. The gate is always broken. If you do make the mistake to sign a year of your life away at this place NEVER, EVER, use the online rent pay. If you lose your confirmation number and the payment some how gets "lost in the system" you are screwed because they dont tell you until your rent is already late. Then they charge you 75 dollars for paying late. Not only that, there is always noise. My favorite was the fire crackers at 230 in the morning. Not to mention the nightly parade of cars blasting their radios at all hours of the night. Oh lets not forget the parties. Those are fun, especially at 330 in the morning when you are sound asleep. There is a number that you can call in the middle of the night if these things happen, but it is an answering machine and you dont know when they are going to take care of the problem. Oh yeah and if you have thursday mornings off, forget sleeping in, the mowers start at around 730-800 in the morning.
The only real good thing is that the maitence is pretty prompt and most of the time the office people are nice.
All in all not worth what we are paying and we are sorry that we ever even thought about signing the lease.

I feel like I could not have written a better review myself but my fiance and I have 5 months left in the lease. The firecrackers were the best, I must agree- especially since they were in the stair case right outside of OUR bedroom on the first floor. And hearing everything is an understatement. I hear the guy above us blowing his nose every morning if that gives you an idea of how this the walls are. And the ruthless, speeding, lack of respect student driving is unbelievable. And they call these "Luxury Apartments"-HA!
