The apartments themselves are nice. However, parking is extremely difficult if you work past 6 PM, and the apartments have paper thin walls. You can also hear people coming up the stairs, even if they are trying to be quiet. Your bedroom is against the staircase, so you also get the vibrating from the stair case. The maitenance is awesome, however. They are quick to assist you with anything, and are very kind and friendly. The unit itself is very overpriced. Some shady characters are also living there. Safety is alright, however, some kids living there have been making a habit of breaking into cars.
