I lived here for a year. Once Archon group took over the problems began. Do not rent any apartment if Archon group is who you would be renting from. I am currently on the phone with then trying to make sure they cash a check I turned in over a week ago, so that there is no late fee. These luxury apartments are also not worth the price. There are better luxury apartments where luxury is a true description with marble counter-tops and other upgrades. The rent I paid was after a substantial discount and currently the rent is closer to 1300 for a two bedroom two bath-Its somewhere over 1260. Electricity, trash, and water are over 200 dollars per month. Now you are looking at 1500 dollars not including a garage (about 100), cable (60), internet (50), phone, groceries, etc. If you add this up it is more than my best freinds mortgage payment on a 270,000 dollar house. This apartment aomplex is not worth it. In this area I am renting a gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath for a better price.
