I've stayed at elmhurst village for the past 2 yrs. The maintainenece is not a problem, they are good at taking care of it. However, the walls are thin and you can hear people climbing the stairs or walking and sometimes you can even hear their TV playing but that also depends upon what kind of neighbors you've got.
The biggest problem with this management is that they are really mean about returning the security deposit. They'll find all kinds of excuses to keep the money and wont even return the calls in case you want a clarification about it. So, in nutshell, if you are ok about thin walls and if you can forget about deposit after you've paid it, then its not a bad place to live.
