I am currently a resident and the reviews are very accurate. I have been renting since August 2008. The rent is too high for an apartment that is not quite luxury at all. Maintence is wonderful and get to issues rather quickly. There is on on-site officer who has only worked one night but it is a safe area. The walls are the worst, if you are in the master bedroom in the 3/2 you can virtually hear people breathe. My bed is against the wall that borders the outside to maximze on space but i ended up with a headache from the people going up and down stairs. DO NOT RENT HERE... search for a home in the area instead. GET MORE BANG FOR YOUR BUCK
