Me and my gf lived there for about a year. Our lease ends in 2 months and going to Barrington Place. Our rent is 997 a moth for 1 bed room. Like everyone says the matinence people are great. The gym is crappy the treadmills looked and sounded like they were from the 80s. It was closed for like 2 months cause some idiot drove through the gate and the gym and after they fixed it it still looks the same. You could always hear people coming up the stairs. The one bed room is smaller then Barrington Place and the rent there is like 800. Our high speed internet and phone would always cut off the bright house people came ran some test and said its the cable in the wall somewhere with a weak connection.
