Treat the customer real bad and the quality of life there is not so good. At the end they take advantages to get all the deposit money from your pocket. There is better places to live and you will more happy!!! The childs are unhappy, they like dogs a lot but they keep the areas not very clean, very expensive garbage service and is not the best...

We complain about the play ground very unsafe and not very clean, they have the Jim close for about 3 or 4 Months, the gates is not working after some one crash, it took a lot of time to fixed. No one can take decisions if you have a real problem and if the Manager is not there, they only take the message like a secretary but nothing happen.

I totally agree that this place is not LUXURY At all and way overpriced, I just found a nice house 3 Bed 2 bath, Garage, nice a quiet neighbor for $1.050 close to Tuscawilla where I can find Publix, banks and all dinner areas very close. I just try to understand on the phone why they take a lot of money of my deposit replacing the carpet that was in a good condition, I will take them to small claims court!!! LUXURY.... hahahahah check the stove and all the appliances very old......

Perhaps you should take all the money you are saving and attend English courses. This way you could complain and someone may understand you.

I am very lucky that I know two languages, sorry about you that you have to work for the staff in that complex, please take a class in the university so you don't have to defend this kind of places!!! With 20% of score maybe I am wrong hahahahahahah!!!!! (Very well ranked this place)
