Nice apartments, but overpriced!

Like one of the other reviewers said, it seems like what the office says is a rule to some is only a warning to others. Can never get a straight answer about anything. The complex is going through some growing pains due to being new, but overall it's a nice place to live. It really should be $75 - $100 less per apartment. What is killing it right now is the horrible construction outside of the apartment on Alafaya.
