I lived on the second floor and I had this neighbor that moved in above me. She was always making these loud noises at all hours of the late night and all day. I complained to the office and they did nothing. I lived in hell for three months and the manager did not do nothing about the noise. All she could say was that she has already spoken with the tenant and there is nothing else she can do. I was courteous to my neighbors and never caused any trouble but the minute you complained about something you became the enemy. These apartments might be nice but the management has much to be desired and the noise is unbearable.
