I recently moved to Grandeville back on Oct. 18 and it has been a good experience. Luckily, the apartment that my husband and I moved in was brand new. No one had ever lived there so that was a plus. The leasing consultants were very helpful and nice. We live on the second floor and have had no problems with the noise. It has been very quiet. Whenever we needed assistance (especially with a carpet cleaning since no one had ever lived in the apartment)it was done right away. I would recommend Grandeville because it's worth it!
