Way..overpriced and no outs on the lease.

In spite of what I was told I ended up paying 5 months of extra rent when I purchased my home after 7.5 months in the area. Read the fine print in the lease, they memorize it Washer is low end and does not have a place to put your fabric softner. There is not even close to enough parking and garages are $90 to $130 extra dollars a month. On top of the $800 rent for a one bedroom, forget it.
