I have been living in this apartment complex since it opened. It was constructed poorly and you can hear everything around you. I can even hear a neighbor that lives a few doors down open her door when she gets home (and that is with the tv turned up in my apartment.) If you live on the first floor, you can hear every step that the people who live above you make. The insulation is poor and I end up paying for it by paying $150 a month in electricity for a 2 bedroom apartment. I had never paid more than $100 before living here. The only thing keeping me here is that it is right in between where my husband and I live, but that convenience is not worth it anymore. The final straw was when maintence tried to open my door without even knocking.
